Getting Automated is an education-driven content brand dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses to streamline their operations through automation. We specialize in teaching the principles and practices of automating core business functions using no-code, low-code, and code-based solutions. Our goal is to make automation accessible and attainable for everyone, regardless of their technical background or role.

Fair question, we’ve noticed quite a few “gurus” in this space ourselves so we can appreciate some healthy skepitism. I, Hunter, the founder of Getting Automated, have spent the past 15 years working with individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies (primarily in the financial services industry) helping them ideaiate, design, implement, and operate automations at scale. My background is one of that blends a love for truely understanding business drivers outcomes, with a deep technical expertise in backend tools and technologies like Infrastructure (Cloud – AWS), Programming Langauges (Python, Javascript, etc.), Operations (DevOps, SRE, etc.), and Generative AI (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG).

That said, we’re not asking for you to trust us based on that alone. We feel strongly our content will speak for itself. While much of our content will revolve around more accessible tech for beginners like no-code / low-code technology, you’ll find we place a strong emphasis on really understanding and developing an appreciation for the underlying tech that powers these tools under the hood. At the end of the day, we think that understanding that something like the internet is really just a bunch of databases and APIs hacked together, will enable you to be a better automator.
